Here at Ruff'n Ready Doodles, our dogs are our pride and joy! Please take a moment to read about each one of our dogs to get a sense of where your puppy has come from, and to see how much thought has gone into planning each litter we have here!
All of our dogs are health tested for the known testable genetic diseases and ailments that can affect the Golden Retriever, Goldendoodle, Poodle, English Springer Spaniel and Australian Labradoodle. We do occasionally use outside studs (owned by other breeders) to pair with our females, but we only select studs that have also been health tested. You will see different tests listed for some of our dogs, and those variances are based on what is necessary for their breed or to rule out certain diseases or ailments from outside lines that could not otherwise be cleared by parentage by our own breeding dog lines. We want to ensure our puppy families that we are producing the healthiest puppies possible our goal is temperament and healthy genetics.
Most of our breeding dogs live in Guardian Homes where they can enjoy living their day-to-day lives in a family setting. We set up visits with the Guardian Families to see our dogs and they also come to stay with us for periods of time throughout the year so that they are comfortable with us and our home when it comes time for them to be bred and have their puppies. We take great care in sourcing out local families who are reliable and responsible to care for our precious dogs, and we are so thankful to them! We have the outmost appreciation for our guardian homes.
Amara
Meet Amara – Chocolate Parti F1 Springerdoodle
Amara is a beautiful F1 Springerdoodle with a soft fleece coat and unique chocolate parti coloring. She’s a daughter of our very own English Springer Spaniel, Zoey, and carries on her mother’s gentle nature and loving spirit.
Playful, affectionate, and wonderful with children, Amara is a perfect fit for her active guardian home, where she lives with a young family who absolutely adore her. She loves to play but also loves to cuddle!
Amara has a fun and goofy personality.

Sadie
Meet Sadie – Apricot Goldendoodle
Sadie is a beautiful Goldendoodle with a heart of gold. She is from Kent Family Farms Doodles in Ontario. Genetically tested through Embark, Sadie is 61.9% Golden Retriever, 22.7% Standard Poodle, and 15.4% Moyen Poodle. She has a soft, straight-to-wavy apricot coat with charming mismarks.
Sadie’s calm, affectionate temperament and gentle nature make her an absolute joy. She’s playful when it’s time for fun, yet grounded and soulful, an “old soul” in the best way. We’re so excited to see the loving, well-balanced puppies she will one day bring to our Goldendoodle family.

Phoebe
Meet Phoebe – Multigenerational Double Doodle
Phoebe is beautiful double doodle from our very own Ellie May (Goldendoodle x Australian Labradoodle) and Prairie’s Elmer (Australian Labradoodle). With her soft red fleece coat and mismarks, she’s full of personality loves long walks and romps at the dog park.
Phoebe has a fun energy about her with just the right touch of sass, but she’s also a total cuddle bug who loves to snuggle up at the end of the day.
We’re excited to welcome Phoebe’s future litters and to see her pass on her vibrant spirit and beautiful spunky personality to the next generation of puppies.

Penny
Meet Penny – Mini Multigenerational Goldendoodle
Penny is a lovable, spunky mini Goldendoodle with multigenerational lines, joining our program from Zoe’s Doodles. Her playful personality and gentle heart make her a true favorite, plus she gives the best hugs!
Penny lives in a guardian home with a young family where she is so loved. She’s full of energy and fun, but also has a tender, affectionate side that makes her a perfect companion.
We’re thrilled to have Penny as part of our Goldendoodle family and can’t wait to see the joy her future puppies will bring to others.

Finley
Meet Finley – Mini Multigenerational Australian Labradoodle
Finley is our keeper girl from our Maya × Prairie's Ziggy pairing. She has a gorgeous soft fleece coat in a rich apricot shade and a heart full of enthusiasm and joy.
This playful girl is happiest chasing a ball and could play fetch all day long! Finley lives in a loving guardian home right here in our hometown of Magrath, where she’s adored by her family for her cheerful spirit and friendly, easygoing nature.
We’re so excited for Finley’s future litters and can’t wait to see her pass on her fun personality and beautiful fleece coats to her puppies.

Meet Tessa – Tri-Colored F1 Springerdoodle
Tessa is a stunning F1 Springerdoodle with a soft fleece coat and beautiful tri-color markings. She lives with a loving guardian family where she’s cherished as a true family member so loved!
Intelligent and eager to please, Tessa has excellent recall and a joyful, spirited personality. Whether it’s joining in on a family hike, playing in the yard, or curling up for snuggles on the couch, Tessa brings energy, affection, and companionship to every moment.
She embodies the ideal temperament we strive for in our Springerdoodle breeding program—loyal, social, and full of love.

Nigel
Meet Nigel – Our Handsome Moyen Poodle Stud
Nigel is our charming Moyen Poodle, and he’s an absolute delight! With his calm, affectionate temperament and eagerness to learn, Nigel brings a perfect balance of intelligence and gentleness to our program.
He lives in a wonderful guardian home where he’s surrounded by love, enjoys plenty of adventures, and especially adores spending time with children. Nigel’s easygoing nature and friendly personality make him a favorite wherever he goes.
We’re excited for Nigel’s future as a key sire in our doodle breeding program, where he’ll help produce loving, well-tempered puppies with beautiful coats and outstanding personalities.

LouE – Affectionate and Energetic Goldendoodle/Australian Labradoodle
LouE is our lovable boy from our Ellie May × Elmer pairing, and he’s full of joy and charm. With his soft fleece coat in a striking apricot and cream blend, LouE is as handsome as he is sweet.
This happy guy loves the outdoors and has a playful spirit—running and exploring are some of his favorite pastimes. Once he gets to know you, LouE turns into a total love bug, always ready for cuddles and affection.

Max
Max – Multigenerational Goldendoodle
Max is our newest addition, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him in our program. He’s a multigenerational Goldendoodle with a soft apricot coat, joining us from Sawyer Goldendoodles in British Columbia.
Max is incredibly chill, lovable, and gentle—he has a calm, steady temperament that makes him a joy to be around. His sweet nature and laid-back personality are exactly the qualities we value and aim to pass on through our Goldendoodle litters.
We’re excited to see Max's future puppies and the wonderful traits he will bring to our Goldendoodle families.
